    Description

Martin Committee Cornet C. 1952. Restored To Playing Condition. Condition is "Seller refurbished".
The Committee model was part of Martin's premier line of instruments. This cornet was manufactured by the Martin company prior to the company being sold to the Leblanc corp in the 1960s.
Comes with two mouth pieces, the original Martin 7 and Bach New York 7c.
The case is original , in good condition, with both latches working.
The age and use has worn the lacquer to the brass. Lacquer can be restored, but it depreciates the value of this antique instrument as it modifies the tone of the instrument.
Valves are in superb shape. Cornet has been cleaned, regreased, and tested.
